Critical Technologies, Inc. and CAVOK, a division of Oliver Wyman, have established a business alliance combining the AirVault Mx Records Management Cloud Computing Service as an integrated part of CAVOK M&E Solutions, a full turnkey service for air carriers to better manage their aircraft maintenance information and compliance. The joint service leverages cloud computing technology to provide airlines a highly efficient, virtual outsourced records management solution including AirVault, M&E systems integration, facilities, and experienced personnel.

The CAVOK M&E Solution provides all traditional airline and aircraft operators a stable, reliable aircraft-record-keeping service through a dedicated Operations Center staffed with significant airline experienced record analysts. Records management services are provided through the AirVault Mx System, designed exclusively for aircraft and engine maintenance repair documentation, offering customers a secure, on-line environment, rapid search, storage, indexing and optical character recognition capabilities. The new web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) is a business process application built on the industry leading AirVault Aircraft Maintenance platform. The AVRAD service applies a number of technologies including document imaging, workflow, systems integration, and social networking to assist CAVOK’s consultants organize and manage access to aircraft maintenance records for the multiple parties – airline, lessor, buyer, contract representatives, MRO, and regulators – involved in an aircraft transfer.
